Baasplus is designed, built and operated by HKMSP — a Hong Kong software house that ships and runs production software in-house.
Who we are
A software house, not a vendor of promises
HKMSP designs, builds and operates custom software and cloud-native products — and Baasplus is its flagship platform: the banking software behind live European brands.
The company grew out of 25 years of IT consulting, cloud architecture and cybersecurity work for financial institutions. That background is visible everywhere in Baasplus: in how money data is stored, in how operations are audited, and in how seriously the boring parts — statements, reconciliation, monitoring — are taken.
Baasplus is not resold software and not an aggregator’s dashboard. It is a platform one team fully owns: architecture, code, integrations and day-two operations.

The principles the platform is built on
Four commitments that explain most of the engineering decisions inside Baasplus.
Built and operated by one team
The engineers who design Baasplus also run it in production. There is no hand-off between “delivery” and “support” — the platform is a living product, not a project artifact.
Cloud-native from day one
Baasplus runs on Google Cloud (GCP) infrastructure — managed services, strong consistency for money data and per-brand isolation, architected and operated in-house.
Security as a foundation
Two decades of cybersecurity and governance consulting shaped the platform: strong authentication, audit trails and compliance workflows are structural, not bolt-ons.
One platform, every brand
Every improvement lands for every brand. The multi-brand architecture is what keeps quality high and launch costs low — no forks, no divergence.
Baasplus is software. It is not a bank or an electronic money institution: in every live deployment, regulated banking and payment services are provided by the licensed BaaS providers or EMIs integrated with the platform.

Built to run a real banking product
Baasplus already powers two European fintechs operating in the EU — branded banking products on European rails through licensed partners, with retail and business accounts, cards, stablecoin-powered international payments and more, delivered across web, iOS and Android.
